A film by Victor Fontoura
A nostalgic actor returns to the television set, reminiscing about happy moments shared with his co-star to leave her a last tribute. As his character was a playwright, he decides to write a play about their relationship.
For this production, as a production designer, I was tasked with designing two sets.
The first one, as per the director's instructions, had to recreate a filming set inspired by sitcoms from the 70s and 80s. The color scheme involved primary, vibrant colors with high contrasts, reminiscent of the attire worn by clowns. It aimed to capture the textures and a touch of exaggeration typical of sets from that era.
The second set, with a Felliniesque touch, portrayed a theatrical stage symbolizing the shared moments in theaters, portraying a duo in performance.
